• Coordinated pre production planning and scheduling for two commissioned shoots, Navadurga and Matribhumi Dichhe Dak, delivering both on schedule.
• Made real time on set decisions including prop changes, crew routing and schedule shifts as conditions changed through the shoot day.
• Organized post production handoff with labeled footage, verified backups and reference files, cutting back and forth with the editors afterward.
• Served as the daily link between the direction team, DOP and production crew across back to back shoot days.
