Working under NMDC/Mecon operation team, operation of steam turbo generator 2*40MW. Responsible for safe and reliable operation of STG with co-ordinate with CCR.

• PTW System, HIRA, behaviour based safety observation and training to fellow employees on safety, sustainability and operation

• Taking part in various initiatives e.g.- power consumption, water and oil consumption optimisation and coal consumption

LDO, HFO, CW, fire fighting pump house and ESP field operation, maintain 5s and field log book. Responsible for successful operation of turbine & it's all auxiliaries and also find out problems and develop their solution with co-ordination of site operators.

• Local line up and isolation of equipment such as condensate extraction pump, motor driven boiler feed pump, turbine driven boiler feed pump, booster pump, Open & close cycle Cooling water pump, vacuum pump, stator cooling water pump etc.
• Local line up and isolation of turbine lube oil system, turbine driven and motor driven boiler feed pump, lube oil system, H2 sealing and cooling system
• Successfully changeover and cleaning of filter, strainers and cooler during operation, manual operation of valve in drain line, different system of turbine area
• Record instrument reading at specified interval and monitor of various parameter like pressure, temperature, vibration, level of water and oil at various stage of equipment
• Monitor healthiness of all equipment's and power availability at every motorized equipment's
• Proper trial run of every equipment's for their performance and safety as per schedule made by operation department during shutdown unit
• Handling of manpower and proper utilization with co-ordinate with different departments and the working people for the best operation
