My name is Rao abhinai. I have 7 years experience in cement industry, mainly in boiler operations, dcs operations, and maintenance activities. I have completed diploma and B Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

I have experience working with Dcs systems such as ABB and Simens,monitoring boiler parameters, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring safely and efficient plant operation.

I am also familiar with SAP and routine documentation activities. I am looking for an opportunity to enhance my technical skills, take greater responsibilities, and contribute to a reputed organization like mitsubishi.

I consider my self quick learner, adaptable to shift operations, and committed to maintaining safety, reliability, and efficiency in plant operations.

My responsibilities monitoring steam generation, maintaining boiler efficiency, coordinating with maintenance teams during breakdowns and shutdowns,troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

I also have experience in sap for maintenance activities, documentation, and reporting. I have worked in shift operations and comfortable handling plant operations independently while maintaining reliability and production targets.

Through my experience, i have developed strong skills in plant operation, problem solving, teamwork, and process optimization.
