My Work involved inkjet printing of Ag electrodes and PANI:CSA onto PET substrates. Further I had to do roughness profile of PET and PEN substrates and thickness measurement of PANI:CSA onto PET substrates by Dektak, Bruker. I had also to do surface Roughness studies of PET and PEN substrates by NanoMap-1000WLI 3D Optical Profilometer.
I also needed to do Surface Energy measurement studies of untreated PET and PEN substrates and O2 plasma treated PET and PEN substrates using Contact Angle Goniometer.

My work involved formulation of UV light curable inks of different color such as Magenta, Yellow, Cyan and Black. UV curable ink formulations contained reactive monomers, photoinitiators, oligomers, additives and pigments.
Curing the films under UV light, I tested for its physical characteristics such as Gloss, Peel test, Elongation test, L*a*b* values,etc.I made inks of various formulations and tested its properties and the ink with optimized properties was finalized and scaled-up for making larger batches.

My work involved teaching of 2nd year B.Tech Students in Plastics Department and 4th year students at HBTI Kanpur. I taught Polymer Chemistry to the students of 2nd year Plastic Technology and an institute Elective Polymer Product Technology to 4th year students of different branches.

My work involved synthesis and characterization of materials for solar cell application and OLED devices. My work involved synthesis and characterization of Fe3O4 capped Poly (3-hexylthiophene) and effect of Laser irradiation on Poly (3-hexylthiophene) dissolved in various solvents. Out of sheer curiosity, I also learned synthesis and characterization of CdSe quantum dots and Gold nanorods from a student who came there to pursue intern.
