Abhishek Dey

I am an MBA candidate at IIT Roorkee with three years of experience as a Business Analyst at Deloitte USI Consulting. I completed my B.Tech from NIT Durgapur and was actively involved in student leadership, while my schooling at National Gems Higher Secondary School, Kolkata included serving as a School Prefect, playing basketball, and participating in competitive quizzing. I bring strong analytical and problem solving skills, enjoy working across teams, and am driven by continuous learning and meaningful impact.

I have three years of professional experience as a business analyst at Deloitte USI Consulting, where I worked on data-driven problem solving, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination for global clients. My role involved analyzing complex requirements, conducting gap analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. This experience strengthened my structured thinking, communication, and execution skills in fast-paced environments.

I am currently pursuing an MBA at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee.
