• Handle over all plant like operation and maintenance
• Handle customer complaints & queries and ensure quick resolution
• Coordinate with teams to meet production and delivery time
• Testing of Incoming material as per specification (Dolomite Lumps, Dolomite Powder, Packing Material, White cement, sand, Premix etc)
• Supervision of Grinding Unit
• Testing of Wallputty, coarse putty, Texture, waterproof, colour putty, tile adhesive samples of each & every Batch
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the work being executed
• Check and prepare all testing records (FG & RM record, Calibration of lab instruments and plant weight balance, Govt. stamping, MSDS, Third party test certificate record, outsource plant audit report, RM & FG stock, Bag weight check record, DPR etc.) according to SOP
• Monitoring of Monthly, Weekly and Daily Schedule
• Monitoring and maintaining all testing Equipment
• Ensuring safety at Plant & Laboratory
• Outsource plant audit
