- Doing Physical check list of Truck and Tankers (Tyre depth check, seat belt, lights, horn etc)
- Checking all documentation of Truck and tanker like (FC, RC, NP, Insurance, Pesco license etc)
- Oversaw the coordination and tracking of tankers from the ASU to the final delivery point
- Driver safety management (Speed Policy, Defensive Driving, Parking policy, Driving duty hours, Driver reset policy)
- Doing Final Tax Invoice in JDE after getting final Acknowledgement from Customer
- Manage All trips on a Logistics portal from trip start to trip end (Trip closing, Trip Activation, Transit loss, Return quantity, tanker out of circulation etc)
- Doing Shift Duty A/B/C
- Involve in filed activity like tanker Filling (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon) and also involve with transporter if any kind of truck maintenance related issue
- Prepare Monthly reports like (Tankers utilization, Supply vs Delivered, Transporter billing etc)
- Every month held a transporter meet for what else can we do better for supplies, for drivers, zero truck maintenance, avoid any major breakdown of trucks, bench drivers maintenance etc
