• Study of feasibility of changes in the components using various 3D software and the identification of various systems to be incorporated in the new tools.
• Identification ECN and its feasibility for the manufacturing and the assessment of timeline as per the criticality of the operation and assembly of tool.
• Costing and the cost analysis during the tool under quotation stages and the tool treatments that has the tool to undergo during development stages.
• Process planning for tool development as per the customer requisition for MPT trails.
• Looking after the tooling actives going at the vendor ends and monitoring the tool developments as per the timeline provided by the customer to meet their targets.
• Looking after the New Tool maintenances until and unless they are being provided to the Production for the running production
