Designed dynamic routing with HITL checkpoints – a Planner classifies incoming tickets, selects a tailored agent set, and gates high-severity changes at human approval gates, mirroring agile, cross-functional software delivery practices.
Built and tested the system using FastAPI, React/TypeScript, and an Elixir/OTP orchestrator with severity-based scheduling & preemption; used LiteLLM + Ollama for local-first LLM serving with cloud escalation fallback.

AI Intern at AuthBridge Research Services Pvt. Ltd. (2025-12 – 2026-01)

Designed and built an information extraction pipeline for Driving License documents, combining OCR, NLP, Docker, Postman and regex-based post-processing within a custom REST API inference service, achieving 0.88 F1-score.
Trained a multilingual Named Entity Recognition (NER) model using BIOES sequence labeling to extract structured fields from Indian passports (English + Hindi).
Used advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting) to label, validate, and audit extracted document fields across large batches, streamlining dataset QA before model training.
