- Experience in building construction including high rise buildings with high standard finishing specifications.
- Competent experience & knowledge in co-ordination between different project’s trades during constructions and hand over.
- Good knowledge and understanding of all MEP Trades and other special systems.
- Sound management skills.

B.Tec. in civil Engineering from NIT Srinagar
