• To check all the quality parameter of raw material, Packaging material and Finished Products (HONEY, JAM, TOMATO KETCHUP and SNACKS FOODS etc.)
• To Checked the Physical & Chemical Parameter (Antibiotics Residue) and adulteration of Raw and Finished Honey by various instruments such as ELISA READER, UV-VIS-SPECTOPHOTOMETER, and HPLC & DIGITAL REFRECTROMETER etc.
• To work as a Food Safety Team Leader and responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001-2008(QMS) & ISO-22000-2005(FSMS).
• To conduct monthly GMP audit of the plant.
