My work involved recruitment support, data management, performance analysis, and DE&I research. These experiences strengthened my communication, analytical, and organizational skills, preparing me to contribute effectively to strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement.

I have graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. My education has provided me with in-depth knowledge of HR management, organizational behavior, and strategic people development, supported by practical internship experiences that strengthened my analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
