• Receiving materials, checking, stacking materials entering in material Inward Preparing of Material Received Note (MRN), informing rejections /short supply (if any) to in-charge/suppliers by sending debit notes etc., and submitting them to accounts.
• GRN Preparation & Material issues.
• Preparing of Purchase Orders, Material Receipt Notes, Issue Notes, Cost Comparative Statements, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Monthly Closing Stock Statements, Quarterly, Half yearly and Year End Stock Reports etc.
• Maintained updated inventory records and placed new orders as necessary.
• To Keep and maintain the stores department in good condition.
• Close Monitoring the transaction of Bulk Material etc.
• To prepare MRNs, Issue Notes through system and Ledgers.
• Checked incoming goods to verify that received items matched what was actually ordered.
• Responsible for the maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, the operation of an accounting system, the maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting, and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.
• Providing materials handling system, Give Report to Management for consumption & Stock Position.
• Co-ordination with Accounts Department for the Bill processing, Consumption & closing cost of Inventory.
• Material Issued on cost recovery basis to sub-contractors.
• Raising Purchase Requisition
• Maintaining records like Invoice, Indents, Accounts documents.
• Purchasing materials and preparing quotations etc.
• Co-ordination with Purchase, Quality, QS and P&M Departments etc., for smooth material movement, Inventory cost reduction, timely receipts from vendor and procurement of materials.
• Leading a team of 6 members.
• Monitoring team performance and providing feedback.
• Training staff in SAP and inventory processes.
• Implementing process improvements.
