Primary QA owner for SarderTV and N+ Learning Platform across Web, Android and iOS platforms.
- Lead end-to-end testing, regression testing, release validation, defect management and production verification.
- Validate onboarding, authentication, subscriptions, certification journeys, course enrollment and role-based access workflows.
- Perform API testing and backend validation using Postman and Swagger.
- Verify product analytics, event tracking, business metrics and user behavior insights using Mixpanel and LogRocket.
- Conduct competitor analysis and feature benchmarking to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Perform marketing website validation, responsiveness testing and website speed/performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Operations and Support teams.
