HVAC Technician (Present)

Experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Technician with strong expertise in AC installation, repair, and maintenance.

• Installed split, window, cassette, and centralized AC systems accurately. Handled indoor and outdoor unit mounting, copper piping, brazing, and electrical wiring. Performed proper vacuuming and pressure testing before commissioning new systems.
• Diagnosed electrical and mechanical faults in AC compressors, fan motors, and capacitors. Detected and repaired refrigerant gas leaks, followed by precise gas charging (R32, R410A, r22 etc.). Replaced faulty components like PCBs, expansion valves, and thermostats to restore full cooling.
• Conducted deep jet-pump cleaning of cooling coils, condenser coils, and drain lines.

Executed Preventive

Maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimize system breakdown rates. Inspected voltage, current, and gas pressure levels to maximize energy efficiency.
