I have a proven track record of verifying complex loan documentation, applying change-of-circumstance rules, and preventing tolerance issues through accurate fee disclosures. Beyond loan closing, I contribute to process excellence by designing workflows in IBM Blueworks Live, maintaining detailed SOPs, and delivering training sessions to new employees.
Previously, I supported mortgage operations for Morgan Stanley, Lennar Mortgage, and PennyMac, where I gained experience in both purchase and refinance loans. My work included reviewing payoff statements, coordinating with title companies, validating borrower documentation and generating performance dashboards using Excel and Tableau.
