Adit Das Gupta

I am Adit Das Gupta. I am 24 years old and I am from Kolkata. I have completed my under graduation with CGPA 7.95 and then postgraduation with CGPA 8.00 in history from Presidency College, Kolkata (now Presidency University, Kolkata), I have my subject-matter expertise on history.

While during my undergrad and postgrad years I actively participated in academic activities, edited a journal and organised seminars. I have scored a record mark of 96/100 in history in my Higher Secondary Exam (+2 level).

I have a specific training which empowers me to be able to professionally apply my knowledge of history as per the responsibilities of the job will tend to entail. I have previous experience with respect to online and offline teaching and learning and firsthand knowledge of one-to-one experiences with students of the + 2 level and of the under-graduation level.

I am fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi. I apply innovative techniques to engage students, I give out handouts/notes, help students with homework and assignments, as well as I guide students with individual attention. I try to engage in one-to-one conversations with the students and try to identify their positive areas at the same time try working on the other areas which are not so positive, thereby empowering the student to identify his or her strengths and weaknesses, so that those areas are addressed and improved.

I am well acquainted with updated techniques of teaching and learning, like class discussions, seminar technique, doubt solving technique, continuous evaluation and so on, these are my primary methodologies of teaching and learning and student engagement.

I am Adit Das Gupta. I am based out of Kolkata. I teach history, in both online and offline modes. I have 3+ years of experience in the field. I teach students from +2 level till graduation level.
