I am basically a fresher and i have completed my thesis on Effect of microwave radiations on the phytoconstituents of buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) grains with special reference to allergens/toxic components. I have isolated total protein and done their SDS-PAGE protein profiling. I have also estimated all the phytoconstituents namely phenols, flavonoids, antioxidants, proteins -amino acids (Tryptophan, Arginine and Lysine).

I have also estimated the anti nutritional factors like tannins, phytic acid and oxalate.

Graduate Teaching/Research Assistant - G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology - Pantnagar

I was awarded the Graduate Teaching/Research Assistantship in which my job was to assist the lab assistants and professors for the smooth running of their lab practicals of the undergraduate and as well as some post graduate students. I have worked for 3 semesters along with own on going courses.

• Assisted students for performing qualitative test of carbohydrates, proteins, lowry test
• Assisted with effect of temperature, pH on enzyme activity
