• Process corporate and retail FastTag customer onboarding by verifying customer information and required documents.
• Handle IST Corporate Customer onboarding, ensuring accurate account creation and activation.
• Manage corporate vehicle mapping, vehicle details, and FastTag issuance for new and existing customers.
