Designing Engineer (PCB CAM Engineer) at Signum Electrowave (2025-02 – Present)
- Process customer-supplied PCB design data using CAM350 and Genesis 2000 to generate production-ready Gerber, NC Drill, and supporting fabrication outputs.
- Perform DFM checks on incoming designs, flag violations, and coordinate with the design team to resolve issues before release to production.
- Handle through-hole pads, SMT pads, drill features, and track/trace data to ensure layer accuracy, correct apertures, and clean output for fabrication.
- Build panelization arrays optimized for the company's standard 1245×1092 mm sheet with 10 mm rails and 2 mm spacing, ranking layouts by utilization to reduce waste.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to align on design intent, manufacturability, and delivery timelines.
