Job Involved:1) Manufacturing & Testing of AC DRIVE panel (GH180)
- Drawing scrutinizing and study, make corrections in wiring logic, Hardware changes, component replacement, software logic changes, drawing corrections as per Customer Requirements.
- Shopfloor planning, Managing Manpower, and getting work done within the expected timeline.
- Performing all the routine and type tests as per FAT on MV VFD, fault finding –
Diagnostics, troubleshooting of drives.
- Conduct customer inspection to fulfill the requirements of customer, and preparing documents like MOM, Test reports, Compliance Reports.
- Maintaining 5 “S” and Zero harm culture in Work Premise.
- work on customer sites for Installation, testing, repair, and modification activities of VFD.
