• Developed embedded event-processing logic on an RS485-enabled module with integrated ESP32 to capture synchronized dual-input machine signals and generate accurate production events across multiple machines.
• Built a reliable data flow from edge devices to backend services using HTTP, enabling real-time event logging and system-level synchronization.
• Designed and implemented a web-based monitoring dashboard with backend APIs and interactive frontend visualizations for live production tracking and analytics.
