- TDS & TCS Deduction & Collection According to Tax Law, Prepare TDS & TCS Challan, TDS & TCS Payment, And TDS & TCS Return File.
- Prepare INCOME TAX Advance Challan & Payment.
- I have good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and all Statutory Compliances.
- Bookkeeping in Tally, Sales & Purchase Entries, Journal Entries, Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, And Mail drafting.
- Handle Supply Chain and Logistics, Arranging vehicle / truck for material dispatch etc.
- Maintaining all HR work Payroll, Recruiting and hiring candidates, joining formalities and exit formalities, Managing Attendance & Leave, Solving grievance issue, Salary preparation & payment including leave & final settlement for employees.
- Managing employee relations, motivation, Life Cycle Process, Training & Development.
- Maintaining a happy, healthy & learning environment ensuring creative & Operational development of employees.
- Make Sales Invoicing, E-Invoice & E-Way Bill & Monitoring collection from debtors and reconciliation of party’s ledger Control the credit by coordinating with bills receivable and Payable.
- Handling of petty cash, all bank transactions (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS & cheques).
- Handle Online Digital Marketing with WHATSAPP, FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM etc.
