Aiswarya Kurup

I’m a post graduate in Social Work (MSW) specialized in Medical and Psychiatric social work from De Paul Institute of Science and Technology, Angamaly, Kerala, India.

My last employment was with Apollo Adlux Hospital, Kochi, as an Executive. I've worked as a Customer Relationship Officer in the Emergency Department of Lisie Hospital and also in the HR Department of Tux Centrix Consultancy, Kochi.

During the course I was placed in various organizations, and as a field work trainee, I had great opportunities in experiencing the fields of social work both generic and specific. Seminars, Guest lectures, International Conferences, Outreach programs and Workshops on various issues and topics augmented the knowledge enhancement. After the course, I was selected and went to James Cook University, Australia, as part of the Student Exchange Programme.

I have done paper presentations in National Level Seminar and International Conference. I have completed a research project on “The influence of Spiritual Intelligence in the Academic Stress and Life Satisfaction of college students”.

My recent employment was with Apollo Adlux Hospital, as an Executive in the Operations Department. My joining date was 18th January 2021 and I resigned on 1st December 2023.

From 16th January 2019 to 16th January 2021, I worked as an HR Associate at Tuxcentrix Consultancy Pvt Ltd.

I've also worked as a Customer Relationship Officer in the Emergency Department of Lisie Hospital from March 2018 to December 2018.

I've completed my Masters in Social Work in 2017 and my Bachelors in Commerce in 2015, both from De Paul Institute of Science and Technology.
