An I.S.O. 9001-2000 certified Company. The Company has a well-organized production, R&D and corporate premises in the Industrial City of Mubarikpur (H.P). It manufactures Inverter Range from 250 VA to10 KVA, Offline UPS & Online UPS for Livguard, Livfast and Indpower.
- Root cause analysis of Market failure PCB by circuit analysis and take corrective Actions accordingly to reduce the market failure.
- Customer visit with Market Quality team for analysis of failure conditions.
- Testing and Validation of normal Inverter & Solar Inverter.
- Functional Testing of Products: - Waveform analysis of newly developed PCBs
- Reliability Testing of Products & Electronic components.
- Test setup preparation, Test report generation, work instructions and Generated Planning of required testing Equipment's & loads with Vendor discussions as per The required specifications.
- Responsible for the Calibration of Instruments within the LAB.
- Introduction and establishment of the new models, developments of the all machine & tools.
- Material availability before trial production for shortage parts & ETA with involvement with Purchase team/PPC Team.
- Technical & mechanical verifications
- Responsible for the pilot lot 100 series then 1000 series and freeze for mass production after clarification.
- Documentation for launching of new product as required by quality & production team
- Training to quality & production teams
- Process setup & support for trial series production
- Define Assembly Process through Work Instructions for trial production of new models, testing Procedure & Feedback reports.
- New Products Home UPS, Solar Inverters up to 10KVA & Charger Testing & Validation.
- Heat Run& environmental test of New Products.
- Charging & Discharging profile at 45˚C along with to capture Temp of TXR & MOSFET Temp. at PCBA.
- Voltage Switching & mains switching to check reliability of Products.
- Product Performance Test with respect to Specification as shared by R&D.
- PCBA Repairing upto 10KVA and Fault Diagnosis.
- Sample Evaluation-Cabinet, Thermocol, Carton & Wire Harness.
