Operation and Maintenance work in Solar Power. Client: Amplus Solar. Plant Capacity: 100 MW Amplus Solar Plant, at Pavagada.

As per PM Schedule maintenance complete within time line recording and reporting
As per company guidelines or Equipment healthiness purpose testing will be carryout every Year as per maintenance instruction
Hazard identification and removal. Visiting sites for removal of hazard and work with safety norms.
Daily visually checking of equipment healthiness and identifying abnormalities and take immediate action to solve the problem and reporting to concern authority
If Failure of Equipment immediate reporting and take necessary actions.
PM maintenance reports updating through SAP entries and reporting
Immediately analyzing fault and managing the manpower utility and as soon solve the problem and reporting

Operation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of HT/LT switchgear & protection system.
Daily visible inspection of inverter, IDT
Analyzing the PV arrays and PV modules by IV curve tracing and performance monitoring.
Inverter operation monitoring through SCADA
Good Knowledge about, TBEA make PV Central inverters.
Adoption of best safety practices at solar to ensure Zero accidents during work by implementing and revising HIRA/JSA and risk mitigation plans
