Working as Tooling Development Manager for Lighting automotive component.
A diligent leader with about 17 years of valuable experience in Product Development & Tooling development, Vender development & new project execution for OEM & Injection mold making
Industries etc.
▪ Significant experience in establishment of the Tooling development /Product development &
Program management from nascent stage till efficient management.
▪ Proficiency in design & development for manufacturing of plastic component Interior / Exterior as well as Lighting component.
▪ Expertise in implementing cost saving measure to achieve substantial reduction in term of new tooling, ECN cost, mould trials cost,
▪ Review day to day product development activity as well as project timeline to achieve the customer milestone.
▪ Strong knowledge in problem solving, quality processes, product development process, standards.
▪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (cross functional team, development team, project team, customers, suppliers)
▪ Knowledge of value engineering process, idea creation and product cost optimization process.
▪ TGW & TGR implementation for new product & tooling.
▪ Excellent interpersonal communication with strong analytical, problem solving & organization abilities.
▪ Hands-on experience of project management to review the (APQP) project status with teams on weekly basis.
▪ Prepare the master Timeline w.r.t customer milestone to reports senior management for approval.
▪ Ensure all the BOP parts outsourcing, Insourcing development according to project timeline.
▪ Responsible for implementing Engineering Change Notes in the tools as per design requirements.
Post Graduate Diploma in Mould Design (PD-PMD), 2005-2006 from CIPET.
▪ Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology (DPMT), 2003-2005 from CIPET.
▪ Higher Secondary School Certificate, 2003 from S.S.M (M.P) Board
