To respect all Hotel Equipment and Property To maintain Friendliness and Cleanliness
Take responsibility to clean guest rooms, Back of the house areas, Public areas, Open areas and Offices quickly, neatly and efficiently
Control over all keys of different departments.
Taking care of first line of security
Ensure cost effectiveness and proper utilization of resources
Assist HOD in implementing upgraded quality systems and procedures in the department as and when necessary
Effective handling of uniforms and linens
Induction training for trainee house keepers
Label and submit all lost and found items.
Document any deficiencies including mechanical and electrical problems from the guest rooms and report to the HOD
Working with Carnival Cruise Lines from last 9 years as an Assistant housekeeping manager.
