Shift Incharge - CEAT Tyre _EXG 3PL

As a shift Incharge I Supervised the Dispatch process from the Warehouse of FG TYRES To the requisites customer. In every shift there are 80 to 90 manpower and 4 Supervisors available in the FG warehouse. Vehicle loading, Billing as per requirement by the SAP MM Modul ERP we Used for Material Execution.

• Im also Responsible For The Strong and Clear Communication with Organization, Suppliers And Also Transporters.for Received Material By 40 ft. Containers or Other Vehicle unload & Put-Away as SKU Number as their Desire Location with Consider of Their Cases_Material Types ( Weight, Height , Cartoon, Wooden, Mattel Bins ) by the Warehouse Floor Staff (14 Members) , Forklift With Operator (5 operators) & Data Entry Operators ( 3 D.E.O) , 2 Security Guard, 2 Housekeepers .
• As per Requirement Dispatch The Material to the Plant & Suppliers as Requisite Quantity.
