- Preparation of Daily Labour Report (DLR).
- Maintaining MIS reports.
- Ensuring Statutory compliance to all applicable Labour laws like PF Act, Contract Labour Act, BOCW Act, Bonus Act.
- Preliminary screening of Profiles.
- Scheduling interview for the Candidates.
- Employee Induction.
- Ensuring proper upkeep of time office related records.
- Maintain the Resource Database of the Organization
- Record, maintenance and processing of Bills relating to Administrative expenses for payment.
- Managing administrative budget to ensure optimum delivery of services viz. Housekeeping, Hygiene Management, Security, Cafeteria, Transport, Office Equipment etc. to enable smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organizing local events, programs, training and other activities in Company Owned and Leased Town Ships.
- Directing Housing allotment for the employees.
- Organizing Meeting / Conference / Parties, Event management and VIP visit arrangements.
- Maintain Harmonious Industrial Relations by continuous close interaction with workers, analyzing the overall reasons of attrition and planning the policies for retention of manpower.
- Salary & wages administration, attendance & time keeping function, Responsible for handling grievances of the employees, coordination of salary issues.
- Resolution of employee grievances and harmonious working environment at all level.
- Well versed with all the procedures and statutory pertaining to Contractual staff and handling of staff, includes generating offer letters, joining formalities and handling induction, training & development.
- CSR (Corporate social responsibilities) activities. Monitoring & promoting all welfare activities.
- To maintain required manpower strength in the organization Preparing Job Description, Short listing and scheduling the interviews of the prospective candidates, using internal benchmarking to Fit / Map the candidates expected salary, preparing offer letters, fixation of salary and designation, issuing of offer letter, Appointment letter, joining formalities & induction and placement etc.
