• Execute daily field operations, equipment monitoring, and routine checks across the Cement Mill and Raw Mill Roller Press sections to ensure optimum clinker grinding throughput and quality standards.
• Actively look after and support Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) process parameters, evaluating pressure differentials, outlet temperatures, and feed rates to assist in maintaining smooth system running conditions.
• Conduct regular physical rounds of the plant to proactively identify mechanical or operational anomalies, checking bearing temperatures, gearboxes, and structural integrity to minimize unexpected downtime.
• Coordinate continuously with Central Control Room (CCR) operators and the mechanical/electrical maintenance departments to execute rapid corrective adjustments during process deviations.
• Enforce and strictly adhere to industrial heavy engineering safety standards, safely implementing standard operation procedures (SOPs) and hazard prevention protocols.
