I Ajit Sagdeo an NPD, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering professional over 18+ years of experience across NPI, Process Engineering, Field quality, Manufacturing quality and large scale Manufacturing operations.

I am working as a bridge between RND and Production team for ensuring the smooth transition of newly launch product by involving from concept planning to till mass production through APQP, PPAP, DRBFM, PFMEA and various NPD stages gate.
