• Responsible on inspection of the incoming raw materials needed for the approval before starting of usage for production based on the standard
• Quality control of the products by inspection and non destructive testing procedures based on relevant specifications and international standards (ASTMD,BSEN,AWWA,ISO)
• To cover the online and offline inspection of pipe/coupler pipes,CW/SDP machine (All industrial and Dubai Electricity and water authority projects), working alone with the production
• Expertise in inspection, testing, data analysis and interpretation of results tests pertaining to the quality control of GRP pipes
• Carrying out visual inspections during the on-line production
• Identifying defects and rectifying the problem in during the production period
• Carrying out all internal lab tests such as LOI test, stiffness test, Axial test, Hoop tensile test while manufacturing pipe
• Carrying out lab tests of all the incoming Raw Materials received from the supplier according to the standards
• Carrying out the visual and Dimensional inspection of the materials that has been produced
• Coordinating and inspection of materials with the customer during their visit to factory
• Responsible for all outgoing product quality
• Preparing and maintaining of documentation of quality control department required for systems
