TaskFlow — Production SaaS Collaboration Platform

• Architected a production-grade SaaS platform using pnpm monorepo (2 apps + shared packages) with Turbo for scalable builds and modular system design
• Engineered real-time CRDT document synchronization with Yjs, handling 50+ concurrent websocket connections per room with zero merge conflicts
• Designed a multi-tenant system with hierarchical RBAC (workspace, project, channel), supporting 3 distinct permission levels and feature gating based on subscription plans
• Built scalable backend APIs using Fastify and Prisma, maintaining <50ms average response times under a simulated load of 1,000 concurrent requests
• Integrated Stripe and Razorpay for subscription billing, including webhook verification and plan-based access control
• Integrated AI-assisted workflows using Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, and Groq to enable automated goal-to-task breakdown and intelligent workspace summarization
