Project: DC-DC Buck Converter Design & Implementation

• Designed a DC-DC buck converter to step down 12V input to regulated 5V/3.3V output for embedded system power supply applications.
• Selected components (MOSFETs, Schottky diodes, inductors, capacitors) and simulated the design in Proteus to validate duty cycle, ripple voltage, and ~90%+ efficiency.
• Verified output voltage regulation and switching waveforms using an oscilloscope; documented design calculations and test results as internship deliverables.
