I always look forward while working with cross functional teams, tight scheduling, budget constraints, resource & stakeholders management I foster a team collaboration between my team and other departments that everybody is align with the goal, ensuring project has to be delivered within given timeline and budget I also provide concise project progress updates to the stakeholders and clients.
In my previous roles I led 36+ team members, worked on 22+ projects even for my exceptional project delivery and effectively management of project life cycle I got appreciated from many clients as well as recognized by both organization several times.
