As a business analyst worked in AXA Health Insurance and concerns as follows:-

Payment related concern - If any customer wanted to buy the policy and they choose which policy suits as per his/her age, however they unable to make the the payment or amount stuck in the payment gateway so client will contact us and we'll understand the problem and convey to the development team so that we fix the issue as soon as possible.

Modifications in policy - If customer wants to add or subtract their spouse or children so we'll charge the a minimal amount for endorsement from the customer.

Change request and cost estimation - I've to managed the change request if the request raised by the client and I've to discussed with the stakeholder and with the technical team so we've to check the project budget dated and methodology type
