Engineering professional with 7+ years of work experience in ATE testing on Advantest 93k and Intel HDMT tester.
Experience in developing test program for SoC, Automotive, NPI products.
Hands on experience in pattern based testing of structural blocks, AC/DC parametric tests, Mixed Signal tests, Analog and Digital tests, SORT/FINAL test program development, Silicon debug, Characterization, Data Analysis, yield improvement, test time reduction and achieving the required DPM.
Working collaboratively with Design, DFT, Validation and Cross-functional teams to meet the target of both internal and external customers.
Ability to manage customers, work as team and flexible to new working environment.
