PROFILE SUMMARY A multi-tasking leader with over 20 years of professional experience in the construction phase of onshore Oil and Gas, LNG, Refinery, Petrochemical as a gas processing plant, Common inlets, Compressors, SRU, Utilities, process piping, a Gas liquefaction process, power plant, LNG-Pipeline, in Brown Field & Green Field area. Expertise in developing and implementing Construction Quality Systems, Integrated Management Systems, Technical resolving, and project execution. Very strong contractually and commercially with an excellent understanding of the various phases that makes a project successful in terms of delivery, profit, and growth for the organization. Ensure the proper completion of the work on schedule & execution plan with approved drawings, specifications, quality limitations, standards, and procedures. Monitor subcontractor's work to ensure proper compliance with all technical aspects. -Knowledge of ASTM/ASME/API, etc. standards.
Experience in field engineering and sound engineering practice. Permit to Work Coordination with HSE Specialist and Construction work execution team. Oversee all method statements, risk assessments, and other requirements regarding coverage of worker and project. Coordinating own Construction work execution with other contractors and clients. Monitoring of execution, planning, inspection, testing, and completion of the job for all over discipline as piping (AG/UG), mechanical, electrical & instrumentation, civil, structure, pre-commissioning & Commissioning. Regular meeting Conducting with client & Subcontractor and advising on issues.
