- Liaison with Govt. Authorities like the factory inspectorate, Addl. Labour Commissioner, Govt. Labour Officer, PF & ESIC Authorities, Police Department, EMPLOYMENT OFFICER, Insurance Dept. Responsible for ensuring full compliance with all labour legislation. Liaison with external bodies and local administration
- Handling different type outdoor agencies for smooth working of plant
- Managing the Complete Recruitment Life Cycle, Sourcing the Best Talent from Diverse Sources after Identification of Manpower Requirements
- Post recruitment activities like issuing offer letters, appointment letters, organizing inductions, creation of personal dossier, probation evaluation/confirmation, employee transfers, and employee exit procedures
- Good communication skills & Good knowledge of Statuary compliance, Industrial relations, Performance appraisal, training & Development, motivation tools, exposure of recruitment also etc
