To obtain a challenging position that will allow me to apply my technical & AUTOCAD 14-2022, REVIT MEP-2010-2022, Navis work 2015-18 skills, expand upon my education and provide continued focus on computer aided designing.

Handling HVAC team of 4/5 associates for modelling and detailing assignments.  Daily task allocation and review of work progress within the HVAC team.  HVAC modeling & detailing as per design/project/client’s requirements referring 2D CAD files, PDF format drawings or associated hand markups.  Duct & pipe sizing as per required flow.  Quantity take off & scheduling in project.  Setting-up HVAC models as per project standards /specified template & linking in all required other trade models like Architectural, Structural, etc.  Annotations & setting up sheets in Revit for required documentation as per project standards  Preparing RFI’s & queries to be sent to Client  Reviewing & removing clashes with self & other trades using Navisworks or Revit  Following standard procedures, checklists and quality plans for minimizing quality errors  Maintaining the working files, input data and output deliverable as per the standard filing practice  Ability to work on projects of complex nature that are work-sharing enabled (central/local copies of files) duly following protocols  Experience of working in multi-disciplinary BIM (virtual) environment, with a focus on coordination of Building Services (MEP)
