A Qualified Company Secretary with two years of experience as an Articleship Trainee in corporate secretarial practice, regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, ROC filings under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, FEMA and RBI regulatory reporting and Trademark assignments. Experienced in statutory filings, compliance reviews, Trademark assignments including appearing before Trademark Authorities, and coordination with regulatory authorities to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements. With a strong interest in corporate law and governance, I seek oppurtunities to contribute effectively to organizational objectives while continuing to deepen my expertise in corporate law and compliance advisory.

During my tenure as a CS Trainee at SAS Partners, I gained hands-on experience in the Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, and the Trade Marks Act. In recognition of my performance, I was promoted to Senior Analyst during the second year of my training, where I mentored and supervised my junior trainees.
