This internship was undertaken as a part of the final year curriculum for the Bachelor of Commerce program, providing practical exposure to industry relevant business and analytical practices.

• Developed presentations and contributed to overall marketing and finance strategy summaries for internal review.
• Conducted market research through structured customer interactions to assess satisfaction levels, usage patterns, and expectations across Maruti Suzuki models.
• Designed and administered customer feedback questionnaires to capture insights on product performance, features, and service experience.
