I have 1.10 years of experience as a Senior Analyst in Insurance domain.handling non-voice back-end operations in insurance claims processing. I handled multiple lines of business, including ADA Auto and ADA Fire.

In ADA Auto my responsibility was to verify documents such as invoices and drafts with the ECS tool. I checked whether all recommended details like Factof loss, cause of loss, date of loss, issue date, payee name, and amount were correctly matched with the documents. If all details were accurate, we processed the claim and issued the payment. If there were any discrepancies, we escalated the case to the onshore team.

In ADA Fire, we verified invoices and drafts and identified whether the claim was related to personal property damage or building damage. We validated all required details with the invoice and ECS tool before processing the claim.

If there were any mismatches in vehicle details or missing information, I coordinated with the contract or support team through chat and Teams for clarification. If additional documents or details were required, we communicated with the customer through email to collect the necessary information.
