I'm a psychologist and mindset coach helping high-performing professionals move beyond stress, trauma and stagnation into clarity, resilience, and sustained performance.

With 3+ years of experience in individual counseling, I bring together clinical psychology and mindset coaching to address both the emotional roots of a challenge and the practical shifts needed to move forward. My clients are typically executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are exceptional in their careers but feel stuck in their relationships, their inner dialogue, past stories, trauma or their sense of direction.

I draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, expressive art therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy to create a personalized path for each person I work with because real change requires more than bookish advice, it requires understanding your identity, your beliefs, and how you actually think, work and live. I'm currently furthering my training in narrative therapy at the Dulwich Centre.

• Provide integrative therapy to adults and adolescents facing anxiety, stress, OCD, imposter syndrome, relationship difficulties, limiting beliefs, and trauma, combining subconscious reprogramming, clinical hypnotherapy, narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, stress management and expressive art therapy.

• Delivered online individual therapy sessions and sold mental health journals designed to support self-reflection and coping.
• Organized and facilitated workshops on mental health awareness and coping strategies for students in schools and corporate settings.
• Designed workshop content and activities to promote psychological well-being and resilience among participants.
• Created educational content on mental health topics for social media, reaching a diverse audience and promoting mental health literacy.
• Wrote blog articles aimed at raising mental health awareness.

Clinical Psychology Intern at Rebuilding Minds (2022-06 – 2022-07)

• Performed neuropsychological assessments and conducted patient interviews and observations under psychologist supervision.
• Assisted in developing patient care plans and attended case conferences to discuss treatment procedures.

• Performed neuropsychological assessments and conducted patient interviews and observations under psychologist supervision.

• Studied the role of art therapy in clinical settings and participated in activities across different art therapy modalities.
• Completed 50 hours of training covering clinical assessment, therapeutic approaches, and related interventions.

Clinical Psychology Intern at Institute of Human Behavior & Allied Sciences (2019-06 – 2019-07)
