Current role of Regional Head of Customer Success at Whatfix for the past 15+ months, leading a team of highly enthusiastic CSMs and managers, managing the end-to-end customer experience of a large portfolio of customers in the Central and West region of the US. Right from customer onboarding, to adoption, growth plans, renewals etc helped make our customers successful in their organization which in turn led me to be very successful in KPIs
Prior to this I was based in Austin ,Texas as part of the founding group of CSMs at Zyme Solutions/E2open Inc, handling a set of strategic enterprise accounts in Central US region, enabling customer onboarding, renewals, advocacy, growth etc
Bachelor's degree in Commerce stream, with specialization in Accounting and Finance domain
