I have cleared the mandatory self-assessment test of the Institute of Independent Directors under the aegis of the Ministry of corporate affairs -Government of India on 3rd June 2023 and I am now looking forward to utilizing my experience of over three decades in the domains of finance, commercial and business operations and control and sales with the top MNCs in the country. My last engagement was with the IT Hardware giant HCL Infosystems Ltd later rechristened as HCL Services Ltd and then it was renamed as Qdigi services Ltd by its new owners. For initial four years of my career, I worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive with Steel Strips Manufacturing companies. For next over 26 years, I worked with MNCs viz. KSB Pumps Ltd (16 years), D Link India Ltd, Progressive Infotech Pvt Ltd, HCL Services Ltd (over 8 years) in the credit control and revenue assurance domain in particular and commercial and Finance domain in general through different positions until heading the departments at the time of leaving my last job with HCL Services Ltd.

Cleared successfully the mandatory self-assessment test through the portal of Independent Directors databank portal of the institute of Independent Directors under the ministry of corporate affairs of the union government of India.
