Lead a 2-state regional support team across Gujarat and Rajasthan, managing day-to-day service operations for enterprise clients in retail and banking.
Currently heading the SBI Gujarat ATM Rollout project (Jul 2024–present): coordinating across vendors, SBI branches, and the Gift City head office in Gandhinagar to replace ATMs across the state.
Own the full ATM replacement lifecycle — from site readiness and UPS installation to cash evacuation, new unit delivery, commissioning, and EOD reporting to SBI authorities.
Deliver IT support for major retail clients — TATA Group, Future Group, ABRL Retail, and Reliance Retail — covering POS systems, thermal/zebra printers, barcode scanners, weigh scales, DVRs, and managed switches.
Deployed and maintained digital signage and kiosk systems for 8+ banking clients including ICICI, HDFC, YES Bank, IDFC, Federal Bank, Bank of India, Canara Bank, and Bank of Baroda.
Managed new store setups and large-scale rollouts end-to-end: hardware procurement, server installations with RAID configuration, and data migration.
Tracked and resolved service tickets using BMC Remedy and Excel-based reporting, consistently meeting SLA targets across all client accounts.

Field Service Engineer - AGS India - Gujarat

Installed and serviced colour dispenser machines for 5 major paint brands — Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Nerolac Paints, ICI, and Shalimar Paints — across client sites in Gujarat.
Provided primary field support for Rotary Screen-Printing Machines and Spectroradiometers at leading textile manufacturers including Arvind Mills, Ashima, and Balkrishna Textile.
