An Assistant Valuer (Land & Building) helps assess the value of land, buildings, and other immovable properties for purposes such as bank loans, property sales, taxation, insurance, court cases, and government acquisitions.

• Visit sites and inspect land and buildings.
• Measure dimensions and verify boundaries.
• Check construction quality, age, and condition of buildings.
• Collect property documents such as sale deeds, patta, chitta, EC, building approved plans, and tax receipts.
• Gather market information about nearby property transactions.
• Calculate land value based on guideline value and market value.
