Project Involved:

Offshore Jacket Installation, Brown Field

AWS – D1.1, API 2H Grade 50 (Z35),

( SAFEEN 3000 DP-2 BARGE)

Nature of Work:

• Jacket & boat landing Installation Inspection activities witnessed as per the approved drawing, ITP, Procedure and Code, 
• verification the Incoming material Inspection as per Inspection Release Note (IRN), cargo manifest and approved drawing,
• Verification the dimension, base material, Joint Fit-up, Weld Visual, outstanding punch list item during fabrication,
• Witness of Grouting activities, grouting sample preparation, grout test cube strength testing (24 hours, 7 days, 28 days) 
• Random witness Inspection of NDE (MPI Bevel and Weld, UT weld scan and lamination)
• Review project machinery / equipment calibration cert, Welder & NDT operator Cert, WPS, procedure, Inspection report,
• Monitor welding electrode storage, painting storage, preservation chemical storage, material storage,
• Witness of the preservation chemical Injection in riser and j-tube as per the client specification.
• Witness for the painting Inspection, blasting, profile test, salt test, WFT, DFT, paint repair touch-up.
• Witness the stair, grating, handrails and Navigational Aids Installation / onshore punch close-out.
• Final Inspection for post installation & walk through for the preparation of punch lists, final documents close-out,
